Moringa Pancakes
- 1/4th cup Almond flour
- 1/4th cup oat floor(gf)
- 1/4th cup rice flour
- 1 heaping tbsp Moringa Powder
- 1 tbsp coriander seeds, slightly crushed
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/4th tbsp ajwain
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 egg
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 2 tbsp EVOO, blueberries/sesame seeds, green onions, cut into round
- Mix all dry ingredients (almond flour, oat flour, rice flour, moringa powder, salt, coriander seeds, backing powder, ajwain & black pepper) in a bowl.
- Whisk in the egg, coconut milk and olive oil in a seperate bowl and then combine with the dry ingredients & stir until mixture is smooth.
- Drop spoonfuls of pancake batter (1/4th cup, depending upon size preference) onto a hot greased skillet and sprinkle with seasame seeds, green onions or blueberries,
- Once the bubbles appear on one side, flip and cook on the other side for just under a minute
Chocolate Peanut Butter Moringa Smoothie
- 2 Frozen Bananas
- 3 tbsp Cacao Powder
- 2 tbsp Moringa Powder
- 4 Ice Cubes
- 2 Pitted Dates
- 1 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk/Any Milk
- 3 tbsp Peanut Butter (optional)
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
- Add more almond milk if desired.
Moringa Roti
- 1 tbsp of Daivik Moringa Miracle Moringa Powder 250 gm
- Wheat Flour (or any flour of your choice)
- Water as needed
- A tsp of salt
You can never go wrong with our everyday staple, a must in every Indian Balanced meal, Rotis!
- In a large bowl, mix the wheat flour, salt and 1 tbsp of Daivik Moringa Miracle Moringa Powder.
- Mix all of the above ingredients by adding a little bit of water at a time and knead it to a dough until it’s no longer sticky. Let it rest for 10 mins. roll out equal portions and make smooth balls. Flatten them between your palms.
- Roll each one into a flat circular base with a rolling pin and place it on a hot pan/tawa. Flip it and cook each side evenly.
Moringa Guacamole
- 2 avocados
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp sea salt
- 1/2 tbsp of organic
- Daivik Moringa Powder
- 1 chilli pepper(optional)
- Cut the avocados into halves. Remove the seeds, and scoop out the pulp in a small bowl.
- Use a fork to mash the avocado.
- Stir in lemon juice, onion, Daivik Moringa Powder, sea salt and olive oil.
- Cover the bowl and refridgerate for 1 hour before serving
Moringa Paan Thandai
- Almonds (Badam) – 1/2 cup
- Pistachios (Pista) – 1/2 cup
- Fennel seeds (saunf) – 1 Tsp
- Poppy seeds (khus khus) – 1 Tsp
- Black pepper (Kali Mirch) – 8-10
- Green Cardamom (Elaichi) – 4-5
- Soak all the above in water overnight or for 7-8 hours.
- Betel leaves (Paan) – 2
- Nutmeg (Jaayphal) – 1/4 Tsp
- Gulkand – 2 Tbsp
- Moringa Powder – 2 Tsp
- Grind all the above and the soaked ingredients into a fine paste.
- Milk – 2 Glasses
- Ice cubes – 6-8
- Sugar/Honey/Jaggery as per choice
Mix the milk, ice and sweetener of your choice with the freshly ground Thandai paste.
Garnish it with Saffron, chopped almonds and pistachios
Enjoy fresh!!
Smoothie Bowl
- 2 tsps Moringa Powder
- 2 cups Mango puree
- 3/4 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1 banana
- Your favorite toppings for smoothie bowl – pomegranate, raspberries, coconut and chia seeds Ice
Smoothie bowls are a great way to start the day, and also a fun activity to make with kids. Thanks to our friends at Once Upon a Farm for this tasty smoothie recipe! A little sprinkle of Pure Moringa Vegetable Powder goes a long way, and it’s great for parents, toddlers, and kids.
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend.
- Enjoy half as a smoothie and make the other half into a smoothie bowl for your little one.
- Top with your favorite toppings like banana, pomegranate, raspberries, coconut and chia seeds.
Moringa Hummus
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas(drained)
- 2 squeezed fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 teaspoon of Organic Daivik Moringa Powder
- 3/4 teaspoon sea salt
- Chopped parsley and more extra-virgin olive oil for garnish(optional)
- Blend to smooth paste with a food processor. Add parsley if desired.
- Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Moringa Banana Strawberry Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 4-5 Strawberries
- Spinach leaves
- Honey for sweetness
- 1 spoon of Miracle
- Moringa Powder
- 1 cup milk or yoghurt
So here’s another one for you! Lip smacking and delicious Banana Strawberry smoothie with a dash of Daivik Moringa’s Miracle Moringa Powder!!
Here’s a tip, you can replace the milk in the recipe with some yoghurt.
- Add all ingredients into a blender and blend
- Serve Fresh
Moringa Sabudana Vada
- 1/2 Bowl of overnight soaked Sabudana
- 2 tsp Cooked Vrat rice/Bhagar
- 1 small boiled mashed potato
- 2-3 tsp crushed roasted peanuts
- 1 diced green chilli
- 1/2 tsp Moringa Powder
- Juice of half lemon
- Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
Roll into small round tikkis. - Fry them until golden brown
Enjoy with cold curd!
Moringa Vrat Rice
- Vrat rice/Bhagar – 1 Bowl
- Ghee – 1 Tsp
- Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp
- Peanuts – 1 Tsp
- Green chillies – 1 diced
- Boiled potatoes – 1 medium cubed
- Sendha Namak (salt) – To taste
- Moringa Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Heat ghee in a pan. Sauté Cumin seeds, green chillies, peanuts and potatoes. Add cooked Vrat Rice/Bhagar, salt and Moringa Powder. Mix well.
Ready to serve!
Moringa Dosa
- Dosa rice – 2 cups
- Jaggery – 1 tsp
- Roasted whole red chillies – 3-4
- Onion – 1 medium
- Grated coconut – 1/4 cup
- Hing – a pinch
- Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
- Tamarind – a few
- Moringa powder/leaves – 1 tsp
- Salt to taste
Soak dosa rice overnight and grind into smooth batter adding jaggery, tamarind, red chillies, onion, coconut, salt, hing, turmeric.
Add in moringa powder or chopped moringa greens. One can spread the batter like a regular dosa or beer dosa. Here the batter needs to be thinner than regular dosa batter.
Moringa Chutney
- Coriander – 150gms
- Coconut – 30 gms
- Green chillies – 2
- Ginger – a quarter inch
- Cumin seeds – 1/4th tsp
- Sugar – 1/4th tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Moringa Powder – 1/2 tsp
- A dash of water
Grind all ingredients together in a fine paste and Voila! Fresh green Moringa Coriander Chutney is ready!!
Moringa tea with ice cubes
- 1/2 Bowl of overnight soaked Sabudana
- 2 tsp Cooked Vrat rice/Bhagar
- 1 small boiled mashed potato
- 2-3 tsp crushed roasted peanuts
- 1 diced green chilli
- 1/2 tsp Moringa Powder
- Juice of half lemon
- Salt to taste
- Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.
